Therapist

Are you a licensed or licensed-eligible therapist looking foe a position where you can make a difference? We currently have an opening for a Therapist, who will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of our at-risk adolescent clients. You will work in conjunction with an assessment team to develop a treatment plan based upon the client's strengths and needs. You will provide individual, group and family therapy based upon the client's needs. You will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, and impact their lives forever with your interactions.

The position requires a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or similas field, and appropraite licensure, or licensure eligibility. Non-traditional hours are required. Team Leader II

This employee will manage the operation od the facility in the absence of the Director. This employee will work closely with the Director to manage resources to ensure delivery of services. This position deploys Team Leaders and Residential Aide level positions according to the identified service needs of the clients, ensures the recording and documentation of behaviors, ensures client orientations are complete according to program guidlines, attends treatment meetings or assigns program staff to attend treatment meetings and ensures they are perpared to participate. This amployee will provide and surpervise the delivery of supportive counseling services for each client. This employee will ensure compliance with established Agency standards, ;icensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

Team Leader

This employee deploys direct care staff according to the identified service needs of clients, ensures the documentation of all behavior baselines, completes client orientation, reviews daily journals, attends treatment meetings in absence of Program Manager, provides supportive counseling and chairs house meetings. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices

Engagement Specialist

The Engagement Specialist is responsible for promoting awareness of the Regional Youth Services Center services. This position’s focus is to increase accessibility and use of behavioral health and support services available to youth, young adults and their families. The Engagement Specialist will be trained to assist with initial screening and link individuals to needed services. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

Case Manager - RMJC

Under supervision of the Facility Director the Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the delivery of necessary and appropriate services for assigned clients.  This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

Therapist - RMJC

Under supervision of the designated manager, the therapist is responsible for ensuring the accomplishment of the program’s goals and objectives by providing therapy services to the target population. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices

CQI

This position is responsible for the design, development, and coordination of Youth Services Systems’ Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Program. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices

Life Skills Specialist

This employee provides life skill assessments, develops life skill plans and provides life skill education to at-risk youth within our residential programs and within their homes. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

Lead Transportation Specialist

Employee will be required to dispatch and provide transportation services in a variety of locations (residential shelters and day/community services) as well as accompany clients to appointments, court, etc. Clients range in age from 8 – 21 and have some degree of emotional or behavioral problem. Will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments; multitasking, critical thinking, and flexibility are required traits. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

Transportation Specialist

Employee will be required to provide transportation services in a variety of locations (residential shelters and day/community services) as well as accompany clients to appointments, court, etc. Clients range in age from 8 – 21 and have some degree of emotional or behavioral problem. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

Assesment Coordinator

Respond to all referral inquiries regarding services offered and available to the community. The coordinator facilitates the admission of crisis support referrals. The coordinator is a specialist skilled in gathering significant information, facilititating effective responses, preparing and presenting meaningful recommendations in a timely, professional manner. Must be available to work an on-call rotation. Human Services degree and Social Work license or eligible required.

Corrections Officer

Work in the Ronald C. Mulholland Juvenile Center. Insure building security and the personal safety of clients and staff. Must attend a (4) week Academy. Steady shifts including condensed workweek available; however, must be available to fill in and work various shifts.

Direct Care Specialist

Part time position up to 20 hours per week currently available at Helinski (Wheeling), Samaritan House (Wheeling), and Tuel Center (New Martinsville). Provide direct care, supervision and services for adolescent clients in residential, educational and treatment programs. Skill and experience in small group settings preferred. Must be available for various shifts.

Licensed Social Worker

Case Worker needed to provide community based early intervention and diversion services for adolescent clients at risk for status and delinquency offenses. Opportunity in the Parkersburg, Clarksburg, Fairmont, Morgantown, Weirton, & Wheeling areas. West Virginia Social Workers license or eligible required. Call for current vacancies.

Residential Aide

Work with male & female adolescent populations in group residential settings. Current vacancies in Wheeling at Helinski, McCrary, Samititan House, and Youth Achievement Center. Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and assisting adolescent clients with daily programs, routines and activities. Must be available for various shifts.
