2024 Wheeling SleepOut

The Wheeling SleepOut is the signature fundraising event for the Youth Services System Transitional Living Program, which provides housing, life skills, employment assistance and more for young adults ages 17-21 who are experiencing homelessness, have aged out of the system of care, or otherwise find themselves without shelter and support.
Check-in will be from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 1st at the Market Street Plaza in Wheeling, WV.


All participants under the age of 18 must have a supervising adult with them at all times (one adult over the age of 21 for every six youth aged 17 and under).


Boxed-In Design Contest entries will be judged at 8 p.m., with winners announced at 9:30 p.m. - for full details and rules for the contest, please check out our Participant Packet.


Food, snacks, beverages, and entertainment are all included with your $25 registration.
