United Way
Youth Services System is proud to be a United Way agency. Ohio Valley residents may contribute directly through your employer using United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley form and designating YSS as the recipient, or give to the United Way UOV annual campaign online.

Youth Services System, Inc. offers tax credit vouchers through the Neighborhood Investment Program (NIP). Any individual or business who donates a minimum of $500 within the allotted timeframe will be eligible to receive a tax credit voucher for half of their donation (i.e. a $500 donation nets a $250 tax credit).

Donate new or gently-used items to our Sophie Moses Free Store — clothing, dishware, furniture, books, toys, & more. Donations can be made on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. at our Hazel Atlas location (87 15th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003). Please call 304-233-9627 to schedule a donation appointment.
