Youth Services System began the Winter Freeze Shelter in 2009. Through the continued generosity of the local businesses, organizations, churches and individuals who donate food, money, supplies and time, the Winter Freeze Shelter provides hot meals, conversation and warm beds to guests who have no place to go and are not eligible to stay at other shelters.
